Anthony Baba-Oladeji and
Egba Daniel Evwibovwe
Anthony Baba-Oladeji and Egba Daniel Evwibovwe are the visionary duo behind CoDesign Africa, a design laboratory dedicated to rethinking the environments where ideas are born. With a collaborative history rooted in the late-night intensity of architectural proposals and cross-continental design sprints, they have built a reputation for high-speed, high-impact spatial solutions. From delivering country office designs for global tech firms like Zoho to iterating on landmark innovation hubs like Vibranium Valley and the UNDP’s UNIPOD, their work spans the intersection of scenic design, urban strategy, and functional art.
Their design philosophy is anchored in the belief that the table is the primary asset of any founding team—the "first MVP" of collaboration. Having navigated diverse landscapes from the Niger Delta and Lagos to South Carolina, Anthony and Daniel view furniture not merely as objects, but as the essential platforms where conversations transform into prototypes. This perspective led them to establish their own studio in Lagos, where they prioritize the "centerpiece" of work over traditional office structures, focusing on how physical surfaces facilitate breakthrough deals and creative breakthroughs.
